School trips
Educational visits are essential in bringing the curriculum to life, and there is a focus on them being interesting, inventive and informative.
Previous trips have taken place to the Ashmolean Museum, Beale Park, the Living Rainforest, a local synagogue, the Roman Baths in Bath, Cadbury World, the Natural History Museum, the Globe Theatre and the V&A. Our Scholars are treated to a series of trips, including a Houses of Parliament Tour.
Years 4 – 8 all go on annual residential trips in a range of locations stretching from the school grounds, to Dorset, Devon, the Isle of Wight, Wales and Le Chateau in Normandy.
For our budding musicians, recent trips have included tours to Jersey and Sicily, for our energetic sports fans, they've been skiing, and for those wanting a more cultural fix, they've visited Rome and Berlin.
Keep an eye in More from the Messenger for recounts of other School Trips.
