Graduate Assistant / Gap Year role

Start date: 1 September 2025, ideally for one academic year (minimum 2 terms)

We are looking for outstanding an Graduate Assistant / Gap Year student, who will play an active role in the School’s co-curricular and pastoral programmes, as well as assist in academic lessons as appropriate. The post would suit individuals looking for experience in education, sports coaching, outward bound, performing arts and pastoral care and should be of particular interest to those considering a teaching career. The successful candidate will play an active role in our Sports department, working across various sports, teaching and developing specific skills with our pupils. Our curriculum covers football, rugby, hockey, netball, cricket, swimming and tennis. The ability to coach more than one of these sports to a high standard would be advantageous – particularly across netball, hockey and cricket. Any applicant will be expected to take a full and active part in the life of a busy prep school. In addition, an excellent benefits package is on offer and accommodation is also available. School Minibus Driver
Hours: Part Time (approx. 4 ½ hours per day)

We are looking to appoint a School Minibus Driver to transport our pupils between home and School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient transport service for the school, ensuring the minibus is kept clean and operational and ready for use. Applicants must have excellent time keeping and be able to work to a schedule, whilst offering flexibility. Evening Cleaner -

Role: Permanent
Hours: Part time

(6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mon - Fri)

Start date – flexible The Bradfield Group are seeking experienced Cleaners to work at St Andrew's School in the evenings. This role would suit a person who has a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to tasks and who works to high standards. You will be willing to accommodate different cleaning processes as needs change and develop and perform a variety of cleaning and domestic tasks at St Andrew's School. Working hours will be 6.00pm - 9.00pm Monday - Friday, all year round. We will consider applicants who do not want to work all 5 evenings. School Administrator

Part Time – 23hrs per week, term time plus 6 weeks

We are looking to appoint a School Administrator to join our Operations team who support the effective running of this busy prep school. You will act as an ambassador for the school when meeting parents, visitors and be first point of contact. Providing general administrative support to the school under the direction of the School Office Manager and Estates Bursar, which makes this a busy and varied role. You will contribute to the overall vision and ethos of the school and to help ensure the best standards possible for pupils, parents and staff. Excellent communication, administration and IT skills are essential.
