Committee Corner
In this new section, we will share initiatives and suggestions that the children have raised through their Pupil Voice forums. Each committee meets regularly, agendas and minutes are taken by senior pupils and actions agreed.

The children had a meeting with the Chef and catering manager to discuss the menus from the past few weeks, as well as launching a poster competition focused on Healthy Eating.
Charity Committee
The whole school Bring and Buy sale raised £510, raising the total funds this academic year to an amazing £10,294.
School Council
The children asked for a PSHE lesson focused on mental health, with a particular consideration for men, and Mr Howard then came to talk to both Year 8 classes and there will be follow up discussions in form group over the coming weeks.

Download your child’s Tapestry journal for the term
During the first week of the holidays, you will receive an invitation to download your child’s Tapestry journal for the term. Please ensure you do this promptly using the site (not the app). The link will expire after a few days and Year 2 accounts will be deleted in August.
Year 5 letter on senior schools and preparation over the summer

Year 8 - Please Return All Library Books / Donate to Second Hand Uniform
A final plea for all Year 8s to have a search for any school library books that may be hiding on their shelves at home, in their bags, or in their lockers. Similarly, if you would like to donate your uniform to the Second Hand Uniform shop to raise funds for the Children's Air Ambulance, that would be much appreciated. You can drop them in the porch at any time of the school holidays. Thank you!
